Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including the box and tags.
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Shoes with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery. Clearance or sale items.
Customized or personalized orders.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at “Contact Us Page” within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with proof of purchase and photos of the product (if defective).
If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization. Products sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team. If the item does not meet the conditions outlined above, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds are processed via store credit only, which can be used for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
